Looks like there is going to be another spy phone vendor entering the iPhone spyware business. There are numerous reports that MobiStealth, one of the leaders in Android and BlackBerry spyware apps, is close to launching their MobiStealth iPhone spyware app. Although details are still a bit sketchy, I think it's safe to assume that MobiStealth's iPhone spy software will have all the "must have" iPhone spy features offered by their competitors. These iPhone spy features include the following:
- GPS Tracking – This enables you to track an iPhone using the iPhone's built in GPS.
- View Text Messages – With this iPhone spyware feature, you'll be able to view incoming and outgoing text messages. This works even if the messages are deleted.
- Read Emails – This gives you access to all the emails sent or received on the iPhone.
- View Call Logs – This gives you all the recent call history data. Information includes date and time stamps, plus the number called, and the name associated to the number stored in the iPhone's contacts list.
- View Photos –View photos snapped on the iPhone are logged and sent to your online account (this is set up at time of purchase), which enables you to view the photos from anywhere in the world.
- View Contact List – View contacts stored on the iPhone, and also when new contacts are added to the iPhone.
Now in regards to the pricing, I’m guessing it will be similarly priced to their other iPhone spyware apps on the market. This would put MobiStealth's iPhone spy software priced around $39.99 to $50.00 for a 3 month license, and under $100 bucks for a 1yr license. Now if MobiStealth manages to release some of the more advanced iPhone spyware features such as remote monitoring, then you can probably expect to see MobiStealth iPhone spyware priced between $199 to $300. Of course these are all assumptions at the moment, and exact features and pricing details won't be available until MobiStealth releases their iPhone spyware product. As soon as the "official" announcement is made by MobiStealth, I'll be sure to post an update to the site with all the details on MobiStealth. I also think you can expect to see support for the iPhone 4. MobiStealth would not release an iPhone spyware app right now without supporting the iPhone 4, so if you're looking for a way to monitor an iPhone 4, MobiStealth iPhone spyware will be the product that will make it happen.
